Campouts:
The backpack/camping trip of summer '09 was in Tahoe National Forest at Lake Baltimore and Meadow Lake from July 24th to the 26th. We drove up on Thursday morning to Meadow Lake, parked the cars, and hiked to Lake Baltimore from there. We camped there that night, and the next morning hiked out to Bowers Mine and back, then went swimming in Lake Baltimore. That afternoon, we hiked back out to Meadow Lake for a big dinner. We slept at Meadow Lake and drove home on Sunday morning. Pictures are below. Click on each thumbnail for a larger image.
